PROHS Low Temperature Plasma Sterilizer
Low Temperature Sterilizer – Plasma
The PROHS Plasma Sterilizer is an innovative low-temperature sterilization solution designed for the safe and effective reprocessing of heat-sensitive medical instruments. Using hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) plasma technology, it ensures thorough sterilization while preserving the integrity of delicate instruments, including surgical tools and endoscopes.
PROHS low-temperature plasma sterilizers use hydrogen-peroxide (H2O2) based sterilant making it superior to sterilizers that use ethylene-oxide (EtO) based sterilant. The sterilant is much safer to handle for the operator and no toxic residues are released to the environment – only water vapor and oxygen. These sterilizers are therefore safe for the operator, the patient and environment.
For added cost-effectiveness, both sterilizers make use of locally sourced sterilant removing the need to stock so many bottles between re-orders.
Key Features:
- Capacity Options (30L–150L) – Available in multiple sizes to accommodate various sterilization needs.
- Low-Temperature Sterilization – Ideal for heat- and moisture-sensitive instruments, extending their lifespan.
- Hydrogen Peroxide Plasma Technology – Ensures effective sterilization with minimal residue, enhancing safety and eco-friendliness.
- Fast & Efficient Cycles – Optimized sterilization times improve workflow in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- User-Friendly Interface – Intuitive controls and automated monitoring for ease of use.
- Compact & Reliable Design – Space-efficient and suitable for various medical environments.
With its advanced technology and flexible capacity options (30L–150L), the PROHS Plasma Sterilizer is the perfect solution for hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities requiring reliable and efficient sterilization.

SMS is a Polish company that was founded in 1946. During the first few years of operation, the company produced a variety of small and medium-sized devices, primarily for the healthcare and food industries.
SMS Low Temperature Plasma Sterilizer
SMS P50 & P150 Plasma Sterilizers
SMS P50 and P150 plasma sterilizers provides an easy-to-use, reliable and cost-efficient sterilization solution for heat-sensitive materials using a technology that is both safe and friendly to the operator and the environment. The sterilization temperature is only 50 to 55 °C; thus, they are also commonly referred to as low-temperature sterilizers.
With its 50L chamber volume and table-top design, the SMS P50 is ideal for healthcare facilities needing to sterilize materials in small volumes. On the other hand, the SMS P150 with its 150L chamber would suit large hospitals and medical centers that require much higher volumes.
SMS P50 and P150 low-temperature plasma sterilizers use hydrogen-peroxide (H2O2) based sterilant making it superior to sterilizers that use ethylene-oxide (EtO) based sterilant.
